Purpose
 | The Bainbridge Island Photo Club (BIPC) was
organized as a non-profit in 1999 on Bainbridge Island, WA, in the Seattle
area. Its purpose is the enjoyment, mastery, and furtherance of photography
through competition, cooperation, and mutual support. |

| Benefits |
 | Improve your photo skills through tutorials, photo
competitions, and study groups. |
 | Get together with like-minded people to exchange thoughts and questions,
know-how and don't-know-how -- and to show off! |
 | Benefit from other members' experience on buying
options. |

| Activities |
 | Monthly general meetings, including several photo
competition sessions (participation is optional, of course). Time and place:
 | Second Wednesday of each month, 7:00-9:00 pm |
 | The Commons, 370 Brien Drive SE, Bainbridge Island
(across from Waterfront Park) |

 | Field trips/photo shoots |
 | Special interest group meetings |
 | Selected discounts on photo-related supplies |

| Membership |
 | Membership is open to all adults
and young adults interested in photography. Annual dues are $20 for
individuals or $30 for a family for the whole year, with the monthly newsletter by
e-mail.
If you join after September your dues cover the entire next year too. For more info on membership, e-mail the
