Fujifilm S602Z
The club offers two ways to participate in club competitions: (1) prints, and (2) digital projection.  This page is about how to participate via digital projection.
1. Prepare Your Images

bulletYou'll find the detailed instructions here. Print out this document for ease of reference as you work your way through the steps, and so you don't have to download it again. NOTE: Please review image naming conventions. See the instructions document for the current conventions and respect them. Otherwise, images submitted may be returned to you for correction.
2. Submit Your Images

bulletThen simply submit your images by e-mail. Attach the file(s) you've prepared and send the e-mail to the prepared address, which you'll see in the "To" line of your message when you click the link below.
bulletDo not change that line or the "Subject" line of the e-mail, or we cannot guarantee that your images will be received or processed. Please do not use this e-mail address for questions or comments about the procedure; that sort of mail won't be answered. If you have questions (or comments), see the next topic, below.
bulletNow click here for the e-mail link.
And If These Steps Are Not Entirely Clear ...

bullet E-mail or phone the VP for Competition for help. If you prefer to phone, you'll find his phone number in your printed copy of the club roster. (You do remember where you put your copy of the club roster and the rules, don't you?!) J
About Calibrating Digital Projectors

bulletIt's one thing to decide that digital image projection might be a nice way to stage club competitions. It's quite another to get to the point where photographers are satisfied with the color of their projected images.
bulletIf you are a visitor from another club and would like to take advantage of this work to calibrate your own projector, here is a paper (Caution: about 1 MB) on Stan Johnston's extensive calibration work on our BoxLight projector. Feel free to use it, contact us if you have questions, and let us know what worked or didn't work for you. Just e-mail us. Thanks.
